It's been a busy week! Thanks to everyone who filled out their BackerKit survey since the last update. As it stands now, we're only missing six surveys--so I'll count that as a win any day of the week!
With this campaign virtually complete--other than the select few who haven't filled out the surveys--we're heading onto the next one.
In the coming days, maybe even HOURS, we'll be launching the Kickstarter campaign for KEEPERS OF THE COSMOS VOL. 1. We're doing something unique this time in that the campaign will be for DIGITAL copies only--no physical trade paperback will be available. We're all super excited for this one, as only Keepers of the Cosmos #1 has seen the light of day. #2 and #3 will be available to read for the first time through this campaign!

Phew. It's been a year! The good news is that as of this writing, MOST packages for this campaign have departed Meltdown HQ. If you haven't gotten a tracking notification in your e-mail yet, you should receive one shortly.
There are still a dozen or so of you that haven't filled out your post-campaign survey yet, and that's something that needs to be done before you get your book(s). If you haven't gotten tracking yet, check and make sure your survey (sent via BackerKit) has been filled out.
In the next week or two, we're launching our next Meltdown Press campaign: KEEPERS OF THE COSMOS! We're going to try something new with this one and do digital only to test the waters a bit. If that goes over well, we'll come back with a print version in 2025.
The campaign will be for the entire first volume: #1 was previously printed and distributed through the direct market, but #2 and #3 have yet to see release!

Phew, we're finally gettin' going on this. Since this campaign ended, my wife and I had a baby. Then we had to move. Then I found out I'm diabetic. Then the household got COVID, particularly stressful around a newborn.
But at long last, digital rewards have been distributed, including stretch goals and digital add-ons. All of the digital rewards have been distributed through BackerKit, so be sure to look for an e-mail from that to make sure you get all the downloads.
Beginning Monday, we'll be sending out the physical rewards. Apologies for the delays but not that life is finally letting us breathe, we're going to get Nock #1 out our doors and into yours.
We're getting ready to ship!

Good news, everybody! Most of the comics have arrived at Meltdown Press HQ and we'll soon start shipping these books out. As of right now, just the regular covers and bookmarks have arrived so we're still waiting on the metals and KAPZ Booster Packs.
That said, if you backed something that we have, we'll start shipping it in the next week or two. Those who ordered metals and KAPZ boosters will get theirs shipped sometime thereafter.
Quick reminder to please be sure to check your e-mails for a survey e-mail from BackerKit. That must be completed so we can get your address to ship your goodies too.
With fulfillment for our Nock #1 campaign underway, we're gearing up to launch our next project. That project is a trade paperback for Keepers of the Cosmos Vol. 1, collecting the first three issues of the RiotVerse's first cosmic tale. While Keepers of the Cosmos #1 was previously published in the direct market, the upcoming Kickstarter will be the first time both #2 and #3 have seen the light of day.
The collection will be available in both softcover and hardcover formats, with the former coming from Radiant Black and Black Hammer artist Stefano Simeone and the latter coming from Roberto Rivera Padro.

Survey deadline approaching

The post-campaign process moves along as the next deadline approaches. We'd love to see you have your surveys in by the end of the day on Monday, April 29, that way we can get this sent off the press on the 30th. As of this update, 77% of the surveys have been answered, so there's still a good chunk outstanding.
Quick reminder that the surveys are coming from BackerKit instead of Kickstarter. BackerKit should be sending you reminder emails periodically, but you may want to do a quick inbox search if you want to take care of it ASAP.
That said, our samples have arrived from the printer and they look GREAT!
